Shipping/Delivery

Your order will be shipped within approximately 24 hours when credit has been approved. Exceptions* are noted below.

An invoice with colour, size, and price(s) will be enclosed with the order together with your copy of the credit card slip used.

North American Shipping

Free shipping on Canadian orders over $75.00 CAD (taxes excluded.)

Free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.00 CAD (no Canadian taxes apply)

We will ship in Canada and to the U.S.A. by air unless weight & dimensions costs preclude this service and ground service will then be employed. Courier available – by request.

Due to increased postal rates orders under $75 will incur $15.00 CAD handling charge

(Note: NO Canadian taxes apply on EXPORTS from Canada)

Customers are responsible for destination-country/import VAT as applicable

Overseas Shipping Charges

Stetsons*:

Surface Mail only is used for Stetsons. New Post Office dimensions preclude 'small parcel air' as in the past.

Surface for Stetsons to UK/Ireland & EU Countries will carry estimated additional $65.00 CDN..

Overseas Shipping- All other items:

Surface mail will be used on all orders unless the merchandise's dimensions make it eligible for Air Mail. In either event these costs will be identified both on the invoice and the shipping label where permitted.

All Postage costs will be "actual" and these costs will be added to your credit card.

Restrictions

We reserve the right to sell only to jurisdictions where our stringent service levels can be achieved. In such circumstances we reserve the right to decline at our discretion . We may however ship to such if and only when we FIRST receive full payment in advance. (International Money Order) in Canadian funds including relevant bank charges/transfer fees et al. An appropriate form will be forwarded to you to cover/explain.

Couriers

UPS courier services are available with a variety of delivery options. We invite your enquiry for our quote. Please indicate the urgency of your delivery needs.

Product Availability

All items shown are stocked at the Mountie Store headquarters. The exceptions are as follows:

• Stetson* 4 week custom-production
• Leather jackets * 4 week custom-production
• Rings * 2 weeks custom-production

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Should you not be completely happy with any item, please return (prepaid) to the address shown on invoice. When the item is received in good order in Markham, we will apply credit to the card and a receipt will be mailed to you.

NOTE: Shipments from abroad must bear outside package markings stating: "DOMESTIC GOODS RETURNING TO CANADA"

Your order will be shipped within approximately 24 hours. We maintain all inventories at our Markham headquarters.(exceptions as above*). On occasion, due to high demand we may be awaiting replacement inventory. If an item has been discontinued, a replacement of like value will be offered. Gold items are subject to the bullion market and may change accordingly. We will always advise your order's status. Should a delay be expected you will be e-mailed within 24 hours.

Custom Made Items

Leather jackets/Stetsons/Rings, which you return because of size may incur a re-stocking charge of 15% of their cost.
